Gary is a talent sourcing expert with over 10 years’ experience in talent acquisition, talent sourcing and talent hunting. He has held various leadership roles at Mindcor, Executive Choice, Cartrack, and Talent Search Africa; sourcing scarce talent for leading companies across the African continent. Gary has a Bcom and is an MBA graduate from GIBS. Recently, he was the Global Talent Acquisition and Development Executive at Karooooo, a global NASDAQ and JSE listed technology company.

As the founder and MD of Nokatechs, Mokhine has successfully established a fibre network infrastructure across Southern Africa, and has recently been selected as a certified reseller for MTN. His expertise and business networks make him a valuable asset to Talent Search Africa, where he will provide invaluable guidance to help grow the business.

Create a Recruitment Plan
